Will a vehicle wrap damage my vehicle's paint upon removal?
No. In all of our experiences, the only time a vehicle's paint may be affected is in the case of poor repaint job. Factory paint, in 99% of instances, is not affected by our wraps.
Will you wrap a leased vehicle?
Yes, like any other vehicle, the wrap can easily be removed without any damage at the end of the lease.
How long will a wrap last on my vehicle?
Our wraps will normally outlast the vehicle. You can expect your wrap to last 3-5 years or longer, providing you are careful about power washing.
Do you offer any kind of warranty?
We offer a 5 year manufacturer warranty on our wraps for material applied to painted surfaces and one year for material applied to window surfaces.
How do I care for my wrap?
Hand washing is best. Avoid high pressure washers and be careful never to use an ice-scraper. Sweeping off windows with a soft broom and rear defrosters will cause no damage to your window wrap.
Can you wrap anything other than a vehicle, RV or Bus?
Absolutly, we have wrapped golf carts, windows, boats, storefronts and large machinery. If the surface to wrap has enough adhesion for the vinyl, a wrap is possible.
What is involved with the Design Phase?
This is the critical part of the vehicle wrap process. Communication is essential to ensure your vehicle wrap is designed properly per your needs. A complete understanding of the overall project is a must. The design must be done taking into account that the images used need to be high resolution. File types must be adhered to per our specifications and the wrap design must be properly scaled to the vehicle. We encourage our clients to focus on the purpose of the wrap. We have found that simple but deliberate designs work best.
What is the approximate time frame expected for installation once the design is approved?
From the time that the design is completed and approved by our client, aa wrap can be printed and installed usually within 7 - 10 days.
Does a vehicle have to be a certain color to work?
Generally no. A full wrap covers all the painted surfaces of a vehicle (roof when requested) ans is an opaque material. Areas such as chrome bumpers, grilles, and trim are generally not covered. Therefore, color generally does not matter. However if you have a light vehicle and a dark wrap, edges and hinges may be slightly visible after installation. Same rule is true for the opposite. Please also keep in mind that window coverage is subject to local and state regulations.
Who designs what the wrap will actually look like?
Our designers will work closely with you to reach the look that fits your needs. We focus on the design, printing and installation of your wrap.
What happens when the wrap is removed?
In both the application and removal of the wrap, the key is working with an experienced installer. JRA, Inc. rareluy experiences problems with paint removal. Removal fees are additional.
How are graphics put on the windows? Can you see through it?
This is called Printed Window Perforation Film; or "Window Perf". The vinyl is perforated with tiny holes tht allow you to see through the adhesive side. From the inside of the vehicle, visibility is simlar to regular window tint. Our Window Perf is laminated with an optical clear film that protects from color fading, abrasion and keeps dirt and water from getting into the perforation.
Whyy is the vehilce wrap a great marketing alternative?
For relatively small initial investment, you will reach thousands of potential clients every day for years. Wraps get your message out 24 hours a day, even when the vehicle is parked.
